SHIPPING POLICY

We ship UPS Ground Transit or USPS depending on size, weight and delivery location. We will send you the tracking number when your items ship.

We strive to keep your shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring your products arrive in great condition. Please keep in mind that our products are iron and weight of a package is factor in shipping cost.​

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 Your Satisfaction is very important to us. Our products are made at the time of order and represent a significant investment in materials and labor.  We generally do not accept returns but if you have problem with your purchase, please contact us at DirtFrogGardens@gmail.com and we'll do our best to resolve any issues.

 

If there's an agreement to return the item, you may either ship the package directly with a service that provides tracking numbers or contact us for a quote and we'll email you a return label. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
